We are a licensed, bonded and insured Florida LLC. Documentation is available on request and we provide it to HOAs, condominium associations, property managers and commercial clients as a matter of routine.
That matters more than people expect on this coast, because a large share of the properties here sit behind a gate or under an association that will not let an uninsured contractor through the door. If your management company needs paperwork before we start, ask us and we will send it to them directly.
